This Privacy Policy outlines Spartan Nutrition.  We practice with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.spartannutrition.ca or otherwise share personal information with us. 

We collect customer information from our website from those who purchase and from our in person retail stores from those who purchase.

We never share this information with anyone outside of our organization.

We send only 4 sms text messages a year to alert our customers to our sale dates. There is no charge to customer via SMS or email. All emails and SMS give customers the option to opt out of receiving messages.

When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We encourage our Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions.
